I will be a Senior at Monona Grove High School and this will be my fourth year in the MG MUN club! I joined Model United Nations because I was so shy and could not speak to people at all. I wanted to have a place that I knew would improve my speaking skills and help me come out of my shell. I also always had an interest in current events, politics, and history and I wanted an outlet to pursue that in a creative way. My favorite memory of Model UN was the Saint Ignatius Conference in 2023, I was Prince Charles in a Royal Families committee and it was one of the most fun and creative committees I have been a part of and definitely my favorite, there was a lot of room to explore our crisis arcs freely and really make our characters our own, which was incredible!

Hi! I am a senior at Monona Grove High School and this is my 4th year in Model UN. I originally joined MUN because my brother (who is actually coming back as an alumni to chair this year) had been in it. Eventually, though, I grew to love MUN as it improved my public speaking skills and made me a better student and person, in general. The truth is, I didn’t think MUN would help me in my future career, becoming a pediatrician. But, it has helped me more than I ever imagined possible because as a CNA, I am able to confidently speak to patients and other healthcare professionals! Besides this, my favorite Model UN memory is when I was Apollo at last year’s MADMUN and I became King of Olympus!! I can’t wait to see all of you have an amazing time at MADMUN XV and grow into even better delegates!

A Senior at Monona Grove, this will be my fourth year in Model UN. I first joined Model UN because of my older sister pushing me to join, and through the club I’ve seen growth in my ability to speak publicly and think creatively. Model UN has been a great way for me to apply my interest in government and politics in a competitive and fun environment. Our trip to CIMUN in Chicago is always a highlight of my year, and I really love the time I get to spend with friends through the club. Outside of Model UN you can find me playing soccer for the highschool and playing chess.

I am a Senior at Monona Grove High School, I have been in Model UN for 4 years now! I joined Model UN because I was always interested in History and Current Events in our world and wanted to find an activity that combined some of my favorite things to talk about. Public speaking had always been a challenge for me since I was young so being able to find a club like Model UN helped me tremendously with being able to speak up in front of crowds that I would have never done years ago. One of my favorite memories from Model UN was our trip to Chicago to compete at CIMUN where I was in the International Press delegation, Model UN never fails to amaze me with how realistic committees and simulations can be!
If you ever find me outside of Model UN im always working or hanging out with my 2 dogs Rocky and Max!
