Like most Model UN conferences, the MADMUN conference dress code is Western Business Attire. This includes dress shirts, suits/sport coats, dress pants or skirts, and dress shoes. Please refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and/or sneakers.
To be eligible for individual awards, delegates must submit a position paper prior to arriving at the conference. (To be eligible for the Best Position Paper award, delegates must submit their position paper by the November 11th deadline.)
Computers will be allowed in advanced committees only, where participants may use their computers to send crisis notes. Paper notepads will be provided to participants without tech access. If you have any clarifying questions about crisis, Jay Gavin at firstname.lastname@example.org would be happy to answer any questions.
There will be no phone use permitted in committee. Participants can have phones with them, but they should not be visible or in use.
Prewriting of resolutions is not allowed. Doing so will disqualify any delegate from awards.
