Hey everyone! My name is Sam Witt. I am a senior at Lake Mills High School and this is my 4th year of MUN. I originally joined MUN due to my interest in current events, and the fact that it looks good on college applications. Now, I have learned that MUN is so much more. During my first conference, I spent most of the time sitting back and watching my fellow delegates. By the end, I had opened up more and started to have discussions, and I even started to have fun. MUN is a great environment for you to act professionally while also being silly. My favorite memory from MUN is from my first conference, where I met one of my current best friends. We had just moved onto “FunMUN” and my friend had noticed my phone case, which was Harry Styles. She came up to me, not even talking, and showed me her lock screen, which was from a Harry Styles concert where we had both been earlier that month. MUN has helped me create meaningful relationships with others, and it has also helped me build my confidence when speaking in larger groups. Now, I want to see and help others through their experiences with MUN!

 Hey delegates! My name is Ramneet Mann and I am a senior at Lake Mills High School. This year will be my fourth year of Model UN and I am so excited to see everyone engaging in educational debates. I was quite nervous and didn't say much at my first conference, but with the help of the chairs, I felt much more comfortable speaking in front of groups and had a lot more fun. This year, I aim to have the same effects on the delegates! I hope to see everyone having fun.
